By creating an account or using Practice Banking ('the Service'), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Practice Banking (operating from India).
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent / guardian's consent.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us at support@practicebanking.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass paid features may result in suspension.
Pass Pro is offered as a fixed-duration plan (Quarterly ₹499 / Yearly ₹3999). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
Plans are not auto-renewed unless you opt in. You can attempt a new payment when your current plan expires.
7-day money-back guarantee: If you're unsatisfied for any reason, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion (e.g. accidental double charge).
Refund requests: email billing@practicebanking.in with your registered email and Razorpay payment id.
Use the Service for personal exam preparation only. Do not:
• Scrape, copy or redistribute our questions or analytics.
• Share your account with others or sell access to it.
• Use bots, automation or reverse-engineering against the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt the infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or harass other users.
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
All questions, explanations, designs and software are owned by Practice Banking or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own preparation.
Your test data (your attempts, scores, bookmarks) belongs to you — you can export or delete it anytime.
AI-generated questions are produced using Anthropic's Claude model and curated by us; they remain our content for redistribution purposes.
Practice Banking is a preparation platform. We do not guarantee selection in any exam (IBPS, SBI, RBI, RRB, Haryana CET or any other). Outcomes depend on your effort, the official exam authority, and many factors outside our control.
Statistics like 'Avg Score Lift +38%' or 'Selections 5K+' are based on aggregated user data and are indicative, not promises.
We work hard to keep questions, exam patterns and current-affairs content up to date, but the Service is provided 'as is'. Always cross-check the latest notification on the official authority's website (IBPS, SBI, RBI, IBPS RRB, HSSC, etc.).
Report errors at support@practicebanking.in — we usually correct verified mistakes within 48 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Practice Banking and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can close your account anytime by writing to support@practicebanking.in.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonable.
On termination, your Pass Pro access ends immediately and no pro-rated refund is owed (unless under section 4).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance via email and on this page. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
